Marty Gillman verbally abused me and told me that I don’t belong here and called my dog a rat. He just hasn’t had a haircut in a while but that doesn’t mean he looks like a rat. He then proceeded to call me names like pip squeak which made me cry in my car. Terrible man.
Co founder Marty Gillman threatened me as well as others. He used very bad language and has said demeaning things in inappropriate settings.
Had an interview with this company & was told I would get a second interview. Over a week goes by and no one reached out to me. Found out later on that the pay for the position is a lot lower than I expected. It seems they expect a lot out of you for the role and little compensation in return. Expected at least a yes or no from such a small company of less than 10 people. In the end was very disappointed and no longer interested.
