I started seeing Dr James Champion at MindTree Psychology in 2021, and I am still a regular patient today as of March 2025. I have previously tried a few different psychologists on the Coast, but could not build the rapour and gel with them, leading to the sessions not working well, if at all. I was referred to Dr James by my then psychiatrist as he believed Dr James to be at the top of the field in psychology on the coast. The lady at the front desk always has a smile making what can be an uncomfortable place at times feel much more welcoming and light. I have had more progress in two sessions with Natalia than with any other psychologist I’ve worked with previously. I finally feel optimistic moving forward. The practise doesn’t have that typical doctors clinic feel to it, it’s very beautiful and feels full of life with staff floating around and talking amongst themselves. Couldn't recommend MindTree enough.

Rhett Clayton is a wonderful psychologist! He has helped me immensely with improving my mental health and I really clicked with him. He is very empathetic and listens to you and really tries to understand you. He offers good advice and prints out informative worksheets. I would highly recommend seeing him and he offers telehealth appointments too.
