A warning to all parents that are in the family courts. If Parental Alienation is a factor in your court case, I cannot stress the importance to stay well clear of this place, especially if they are nominated to be the Single Expert Witness. They have no training or qualifications to identify PA or have the ability to differentiate PA from parental estrangement. If you do end up with them as your SEW, go back to court and get it changed. Would not recommend this company. My experience with Annette Paul — particularly around addressing parental alienation and reunification with my children — was an absolute failure. The company insists their staff are highly trained in handling such complex family dynamics, but in my case, that was not reflected in practice. I have found Mindstate very helpful with My ongoing childhood trauma. My Psychologist Rachel Webb has been very attentive to My situation and I have had an improvement in connecting to the past and releasing this from My everyday life. Thank You

Dr Phil Watts Director of Mindstate Psychology is the reason I won’t see my son for his 6th birthday tomorrow. If he’s recommended as a single expert witness - be very careful. He has longstanding relationships with certain family lawyers and will give them favorable reports in order to maintain a regular share of their business. If agreeing to use a SEW in your case, don’t accept the recommendation of the opposing lawyer.
