I highly recommend. Although I'm now in my mid-20s and primarily received help from Danna during my high school years. Recovery takes time, coping takes work, and Mindsoother's services make it all the more possible.
I had a very negative experience with one of the therapists her at mindsoother. I had multiple experiences in one 45 min session that made me feel uncomfortable. To start off, the session started as normal as any other session, she was asking me questions, trying to spark a conversation, and i replied with as much detail as I could. My two kids had been working with Erica for a few months, and she did an incredible job connecting with them in a very short period of time and established a safe place for not only them, but all of us to grow as a divorced-family household.
