Honestly, this may be the worst clinic in Sydney when it comes to actual mental health care. I was a long-standing patient of a specialist who moved their practice to Mindsight Clinic. Admin support was already sketchy, but once the transition happened, things went from disorganized to outright dysfunctional. This clinic refuses to even talk to you unless you’ve filled out an excessive number of forms and provided credit card details upfront. Their excuse? No-shows.
