Mindsight has been amazing! The therapists are caring, professional, and truly make you feel supported. The game room is my favorite here!! I also had a billing issue with my insurance at the beginning of this year, and their billing department was so kind and helpful. They worked with me on a payment plan until I was covered again so I could still my therapist. They went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful! Highly recommend!
They billed me for sessions that don't even exist and when I went searching one of the days I was billed for I never even spoke to anyone that day in any way shape or form and the other they sent me one single text saying I needed to sign something on my account yet they billed me for 60 minute sessions every time they messaged me about paperwork needing signed or anything. Jocelyn is the BEST individual therapist I have EVER had. She cares deeply, she takes all of your "problems" (as I call them) and processes them and gives great input. She is so encouraging. Ashley Wright is the best TCM I have EVER had as well, she has been so helpful in trying to find housing, in an economy that doesn't want anyone to be housed that is low income, she also reminds me to do some self care. Best place for therapy. Therapist are hard working to ensure they provide quality therapy. They are very inclusive and are always there to help. I love this company. Would recommend them to anyone!
