I had an amazing experience working with Dr. T! I started seeing him at the beginning of my senior lacrosse season at Maryvale because I wanted to improve the mental side of my game. He took the time to get to know me as both a person and a player, then tailored every session to my needs. After just five sessions, I had the mental tools and confidence to perform at my best.
