I have to say that Dr. Adam Berry has made me such a better competitor! I love my sessions with him. I generally only need to go infrequently, but the last month I was in a bit of a slump. I had a more than a few weeks of getting more and more tense and stressed with each ride. I saw Dr. Berry last week for a brain reset. I continue to be impressed with Adam Berry's ability to take on complex problems and seemingly hopeless situations and how He converts negatives into opportunity not just winning, but growth and healing. I encourage everyone that wants to see what life without limitations is really about to make contact with Adam and experience this for yourselves. You can live an abundant life.

Mindset Sports has helped me with my approach to my work, colleagues, and my commitment to my work. I feel more focused and more driven. I feel very clear as to my direction, which I was struggling with. It seems the more the sessions integrate, the more opportunities seem to come forward. I would highly recommend Adam.

My son has worked with Adam for a few years navigating high school sports and now playing as a D1 football kicker. As we entered college recruiting, I quickly recognized we lacked the most critical type of training - the mindset! I greatly attribute my son's success to the work he does with Adam! What's most rewarding is hearing my son share ways in which the impact reaches beyond the football field. Working with Adam has been a highly rewarding journey for my son!
