I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone struggling with a mental block. My daughter, a competitive cheerleader/level 5 tumbler, lost her most of her skills due to a block with connections. After 1 session with Lynne she was feeling confident enough to throw her ALL of her skills in competition!!! So thankful we found Lynne at Mindset Mental coaching / Elite sports Hypnosis!
