Dr. Ellen and Dr. Allyson at Mindset PT are both amazing! So incredibly thorough and empathetic. They listen so well, work with me until I feel well and check on me for weeks after my flare ups have calmed down. When something new comes up, they come up with a comprehensive plan to feel well again. I am so lucky to have them in my life for treatment.
Doctor Cassie McDonald Ross is an outstanding physical therapist! She not only addresses my physical issues but also provides practical solutions that make it easier for me to stay consistent with my exercises and build strength. Her expertise and personalized approach truly set her apart. Highly recommend!
Allyson Lowis gives therapeutical massages that are sheer heaven! Do yourself a favor and book one, you’ll be happy you did!

If I could give a 20 star rating here I would. Ellen Hector is the most kind, empathetic, thorough, jump through burning hoops to help me person. I can’t even begin to express my gratitude. I have bouts with vertigo and she consistently jumps into action to help me and get me back to normal. When I have these vertigo flare ups, I email her or call and she answers me very quickly and gets me in to see her. She treats me until she knows I am well and supports keeping me well.
