Before I had my appointment with Dr. Gravitt, I was not sleeping, my anxiety was out of control and I felt like a ball of mess, all the time. Since my very first appointment with her, my anxiety and other mental health issues are manageable and I am so incredibly happy! Dr. Amber Gravitt is a life saver and I can't recommend her and the the staff at Mindset and Body Reset enough!!

I was really excited about my appointment today until I got there and realized that they didn’t book my appointment. I called them twice last week, once to book my appointment; the second call was to give them my payment info. I was left standing at the counter without being seen nor treated. I took time off work to be treated and they didn’t even schedule me in their system.
They are very friendly, personable and genuinely care about help people be their very best selves. Having all of these qualities in a single practice is almost unheard of, and I, for one, and truly thankful to have found these wonderful, caring people!!!
