I joined Mindset a year and a half ago and now I can’t imagine my life without it! Every single workout is different and challenging in its own way, the trainers are all amazing and motivate you to be the best version of yourself! Not only have I become stronger, but I have also met incredible people that push each other to be better every day! Joining the community that Toni has created is one of the best decisions I’ve made
I went to Mindset 180 for a free class and never left. Every class I am challenged and leave better than I came in. The other members are supportive and create a team atmosphere. The coaches, led by Toni, program creative workouts that get results and keep me excited to come back again. I genuinely have fun at the gym which says a lot. I could not recommend this place more!
