They are upfront about everything. They are upfront that they will bill your credit card, and they won't give you a heads-up. When you call a number that is listed, you leave a message, you get a text back. If you are retired military and are on Medicare and have Tricare for life, they have not set up credentialling through Tricare for life which is the second payer to Medicare you will have to pay the medicare deductible. Therapy was great but admin interactions just made me cancel all my appointments and go elsewhere.
Edit to remove personal information. Extremely frustrated - I spent 5 months doing weekly sessions here, only to have the owner decide I was too much for him? Or something else? I’m not sure. I know my mental health was bad, that’s why I am here to work on it and grow; clearly I still needed more treatment. It’s my opinion that personal life got in the way of being able to care for their patients. Edit from one to two stars. I removed my review to give the owner a chance to follow up with me like he said he would. Still waiting to hear back. He thought he was doing me a favor by calling me to chat about some concerns, only for me to become completely dysregulated during this non-appointment time. I let him know I needed to hang up and go breath to calm down. He agreed. And I have yet to hear back from him. I tried finding a new counselor from a different clinic, but she was not a good fit. I am extreamly grateful to have found them. Caitlin returned my call the same day. Within a few hours to get me scheduled. She helped to match me up with my therapist who is so patient and really listened. Colleen has help answer and guide me thorugh understanding insurance. Getting to use my insurance was a happy bonus. What a weight that has been lifted. I had called so many places, and really felt like I was never going to find a place. Great customer service. Kind people. The office is clean and nice.
