They did not tell me until over a year later that there was a balance on my account that was meant to be fully covered through my employer. They instead charged my insurance. I can’t afford 600$ in charges which is why I went through my employer in the first place. I’m very upset with them due this negligence and would not recommend. My therapist was great but this billing issue? Not acceptable.
Manny is a very calm person to talk to. He has helped a ton and is super understanding. I recommend him to anyone considering therapy.
We kept being charged for a FULL session when the session in fact lasted 30 minutes on a good day. The counselor we were assigned was not properly trained on how to engage a patient. Because of these reasons we decided to stop counseling services with Mindscape.
They are upfront about everything. They are upfront that they will bill your credit card, and they won't give you a heads-up. When you call a number that is listed, you leave a message, you get a text back. If you are retired military and are on Medicare and have Tricare for life, they have not set up credentialling through Tricare for life which is the second payer to Medicare you will have to pay the medicare deductible. Therapy was great but admin interactions just made me cancel all my appointments and go elsewhere.
