They did not tell me until over a year later that there was a balance on my account that was meant to be fully covered through my employer. They instead stated they charged the insurance which was not initially clarified and I thought it was my own insurance. I can’t afford 600$ in charges which is why I went through my employer in the first place. Manny is a very calm person to talk to. He has helped a ton and is super understanding. I recommend him to anyone considering therapy.

We kept being charged for a FULL session when the session in fact lasted 30 minutes on a good day. The counselor we were assigned was not properly trained on how to engage a patient. Because of these reasons we decided to stop counseling services with Mindscape.
