Today was our first visit to Minds Matter Therapy, and even though it was just one session, I left feeling genuinely hopeful. The communication is terrible and not helpful at all. If you have an emergency, don't expect any response. The therapist, Nichole, was not only unreliable but also dismissive and lacked empathy. She made me feel my concerns were unimportant, which only added to my stress. This kind of neglectful care is unacceptable, and I highly recommend finding mental health support elsewhere to avoid further frustration, trauma, and wasted time
