Never got an appointment. Tried calling a few times but it disconnects. No voicemail or anything.
I feel that their policy with insurance is weird. Many of us have two insurances to help keep us covered if a service doesn't accept one of our plans. MindPath will not accept you as a new patient if one of your insurances aren't in network with their office; even if they accept the other insurance plan. Their reasoning is that they don't want to leave their clients with a bill if they don't have to, but to turn away a potential client as a result is insane to me. The staff is very professional I feel so confident about the treatment and care I have referred some people to Mind Path again it is a pleasure.
Very caring and encouraging and non judgmental. I felt very comfortable with Dr Rhodes even on the first day. Highly recommended!
