My experience here has been truly so special. From the very beginning, I felt so welcomed and genuinely cared for. They created such a safe, comforting space where I could open up at my own pace, and I always left sessions feeling lighter and more understood. Really positive experience with this practice. From the first appointment the team made both me, my wife and kids feel comfortable and understood. Our 2 psychologists took the time to explain things clearly as it was our first time seeing psychologists. They worked at a pace to help our kids engage. Would highly recommend.
Be careful to review how much experience your allocated psychologist has - we paid $315 and $265 a session for our son to be seen by a young girl with 6 months experience who was unable to review a short email before our second session. Further despite a receptionist being on the desk our son was able to stand at the door and eavesdrop during my first session , overhearing my concerns and her suggestions. The following week his behaviour was the worst it has ever been.
Speaking with Jaimie, and gaining her support has been the most positive contribution for my mental wellbeing. Her compassion, insight, and professionalism created a safe space for me where I felt heard and supported. I’ve grown so much emotionally and mentally, and I’m incredibly grateful. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking genuine, transformative care. All of the staff were incredibly nice and thoughtful, truly outstanding in every way!
Always kind and caring reception team who go out of their way to support our family. We have really appreciated this care. Our experience with the 2 therapists we have seen has been excellent and would highly recommend this clinic. We felt cared for and supported during the matching process and feel that we have found therapists right for our family, this is a gem business that we so appreciate.
