Adrianne Smith was my doctor for years. I had just had a baby and was on medication and seeing her once a month. When I first returned to work I received a text message from her that she was not receiving payments from my insurance. She asked me to contact them because she said she could never get a hold of anyone. So I did and of course had no issues getting a hold of anyone.
