Anne helped me with my poor sleeping habits initially, then we were able to move onto self awareness and creating a better resilience for me to be able to cope with life’s adversities. Really helpful and patient, Anne understands that sometimes more is needed than just basic CBT for things to stick into the long term.
I do not recommend Ms Ward as, in my experience with her, she lacked a basic demonstration of empathy. This was extremely confusing for me as I was recovering from psychological and emotional abuse. My consultation with her only reinforced some very negative beliefs that I should not ask for help or want to process the trauma I had endured.
