Overall 10/10. Just moved out here about 6months ago, Im an active person and always on the move working & I was very happy to leave with my body feeling new and recharged. Service was amazing both times! (couples massage & one time by myself) I highly recommend checking them out!
I had a sports massage done by Shawntez and he did a fantastic job clearing up all of my knots, he was also very personable and friendly as well, I had a great time!
Shawntez was awesome and I love how late this shop is open. I can come in after a long day of mom stuff and get a massage. It’s nice. About to get my next one momentarily.
Shawntez took excellent care of me. I had a terrible neck injury and had to leave work in the middle of the morning. He got me in quickly and functionally out of pain in less than 40 minutes. High recommendation. Cheers
I had reflexology massage and head & neck massage by Shawntez. He was fabulous! This was not my first time at Mindfulness Wellness and Spa. Each time before was fabulous! My favorite service is the Reflexology massage 🧖♀️
