I had reflexology massage and head & neck massage by Shawntez. He was fabulous! This was not my first time at Mindfulness Wellness and Spa. Each time before was fabulous! My favorite service is the Reflexology massage 🧖♀️
I have seen Shawntez twice now for post surgery lymphatic drainage massage. Both have been excellent and I look forward to seeing home again.

I brought my gf here for her first massage (our first couples massage) and our therapists, Shawntez & Sherita) were great. The experience was awesome, very intentional, this isn’t just relaxing it’s therapeutic & my gf hasn’t stopped talking about it
