No one will ever call me back!!!!
Like someone else who reviewed this site, have been trying for many months, probably over a year, to get some kind of response from this group. They were recommended to me by my psychologist, and I was very excited to find out more about the neurofeedback that they do. I have left voicemail messages, and contacted using the contact form on their website. I never get any response. I'm tempted to drive there just to see if there's actually anyone in the building. Very very very disappointing.
I would give 0 stars if possible. I have been attempting to call them for 6 weeks to set up testing. I have never received a phone call back despite leaving several messages and reaching out to them online as well. I don't have any idea what kind of counselors they are because it's impossible to get in contact with anyone there. For all I know, this place doesn't even actually exist.
Dr. Shaw and staff are fantastic. She is exceptionally skilled, empathetic, and connected to both client and overall clinical picture. I am extremely pleased with my experiences there.
