I love the dedicated space that is created to really be in touch with yourself as you work with Toni on connecting and healing yourself. With the multiple activities we've experienced, a lot of opportunities reminded me of things that lead to detailed things you may or may not have realized needed to be addressed and are totally happening during these sessions.
