MWC and I found each other at the perfect time. Thank you for making this work accessible to us local folks. Online communities are amazing and have their place, but I was needing an in-person container where I can be me and navigate my personal journey without judgement and with the utmost care and love. I’ve never felt more held than I do now with this new (and growing) community in my life. come dip your toes in at the next monthly sound bath!!

The monthly Sound Bath with Abby is wonderful! So peaceful and opening as a meditation or healing experience. Abby and Tabitha are both so comfortable to be around and open to helping with holistic solutions for healing. I'm happy to have found Mindful Wellness Center.
