Miss Ashley at Mindful Wellness Massage was so kind and gave me such a wonderful Deep Tissue massage! Everything was absolutely amazing. The environment was lovely and very relaxing and Miss Ashley worked diligently to make sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend making an appointment with her if you are needing some quality relaxation time!

Professional and super easy to schedule appointments with the app they use. My therapist had great techniques and skill. I would highly recommend Mindful Wellness if you’re looking for true therapeutic results.
I will definitely be coming back for more massages here in the future! I had such a relaxing massage and a TMJ massage added on. I definitely recommend this to anyone with jaw pain or TMJ!
