Wonderful massage!
The massage therapist at Mindful Wellness is the best in the business.
Ashley was amazing!!!
I went for some pain in my shoulder. I've never been to a massage before but Ashley was very kind and made me feel comfortable. Afterwards she was able to give me some suggestions on stretches to help ease tension in my neck. I'll be back for sure.
Debra helped me tremendously with my jealousy and overthinking in my relationship. After just one session with her, my entire outlook on what it truly means to be in a relationship changed. I feel more grounded, trusting, and connected than ever before.
