This is a really solid place. I’m a therapist myself and read some of the reviews and unfortunately people don’t all understand how some things work like working with interns, not having openings with insurance, private pay sessions, etc. Just commenting to say I’ve sent family and friends to this team and I think some of the comments regarding logistics would likely happen at other places as well.
I helped a family member reach out to this therapist after finding them in a search through the insurance provider's website. They did respond to the inquiry submitted through their website, but only to ask what insurance and then say they don't have any appointments available for anyone covered under that insurance, but you can feel free to pay $95 per 45 minutes. What I would like to say about Alexa is she is professional, kind, caring, non-judgmental, with a sense of humor, and a great personality that is a pleasure to be around. Back some months ago I was skeptical about looking for a therapist, but I had reached the end of the road in a very dark place that I had been for a long time.
