Just had my first session with Becky, she is outstanding. Truly the best acupuncturist I've been to in the DFW area. I went in with neck, shoulder and knee pain and went out pain free. Highly recommend. I am looking forward to my next appt.

Becky Upchurch is amazing! I have been seeing her for over a year. She has improved my vision and helped to slow the progression of wet macular degeneration, calmed anxiety, and greatly improved waste elimination. She is very knowledgeable and very willing to explain every aspect of acupuncture. I highly recommend Becky. It will take a few visits but she will get you feeling much better!
As an athlete, it’s important to have trusted health care professionals to help get through the aches and pains that inevitably come with the territory. Becky has been my go-to practitioner whenever anything feels wrong. I was given a gift to Mindful Spirit Acupuncture for a Facial Rejuvenation treatment. I've never done acupuncture before and was not sure about doing this, but I had been sick and thought. why not? Maybe it would perk me up. Well, let me tell you - I LOVED IT. My face was glowing, and I could finally breathe because she also helped me with my sinus problem.
