After a stressful with transportation with my support worker even though I came late staff were very inviting and offered me coffee so it left me very happy especially me first visiting a psychologicalist
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Inke for many years. Her professional work has been integral to me and has allowed for me to maintain a balanced life. All staff are courteous and caring, and I highly recommend the practice and their services.
Wasn’t happy for the whole progress & the bad customer service. I know & understand for the cancellations policy $80. But I only pay for $50 for the session. I still attended the session to pay for it & even came 15 mins earlier today. You can cancelled my son appointment due to covid that’s totally understandable & even say we already offer u the telehealth. However I still prefer face to face when dealing with a kid.
