Very inconsistent and poor experience. I called several times to discuss a new patient appointment. I called more than four times and wasn’t connected to anyone. Then I called today and was told I wasn’t in network and they tried to reach out to me. I hadn’t received information from them but I thanked them and then searched my records. Turns out I did not receive a call from them. When I called back the receptionist, who was quite dismissive, told me that she told my psychiatrist and my insurance I wasnt in network. Dr.Dixit is the kindest, compassionate, funny, and knowledgeable Doctor I've met! She took her time with testing, and waited a minute until my anxiety lessoned to continue. Her directions were straight forward, with a touch of sensitivity! Her degree of caring touched my heart! Dr.Dixit paced herself while sharing the results, and made sure I understood, and will pursue recommendations. She also makes a delicious cup of tea! God bless you!
Excellent staff. professional, kind, very good at making me comfortable, and informed. Referred some interesting reading materials that will be helpful for me. Dr. Dixit and Dr. Grilli are great. I highly recommend Dr. DIxit and Dr. Grilli.
Rushed hurried not comprehensive bias interviewed from home late at night with kids in background submitted a report 7:30 next day yo. Court right before hearing had to read on phone. Placed person in highly restrictive guardianship risking regression. Poor eval of person s brain damage and her neuroplasticity. Did a plan to assure regression Never consulted patients long term neurologist or social worker involved
