Was a very smooth experience. Dinesh was very professional and transparent about the quote and pricing. He gave me the quotes for the 2 options I was exploring and was very patient during the whole process. Worth noting is that the professionalism was consistently maintained before and after the booking. He also indicated that the moving day crew was a team he's been working with for a while and not some temp or student hires. Jeff and Justin from Mindful Moving helped me with my move, and I cannot find the words to describe how good these guys were. They arrived on time and provided truly high-class service. All my furniture was carefully wrapped and packed, and nothing was damaged during the move. The team was really nice and very polite.
