Amazing experience, if you’ve never been you should try a class!! Sound healing, silks, & infrared sauna are offered in various classes/bookings & Meghan’s monthly Ayurvedic wellness spa party can easily help you drop into relaxation for the days ahead so grateful for finding this space!

Mindful is one of my favorite places on the planet! Meghan and her instructors are so knowledgeable, friendly and fun. I love the community of women brought together by the challenges, classes, and events offered. The classes are all fantastic and with a wide variety there is always something new to try!

This is a wonderful space for women of all ages, stages, and levels of fitness to meet personal goals with support and community. Multiple classes are available throughout the day/week/month. Meghan is fabulous alo g with all the instructors. Each with their specialty areas. I encourage every woman to give themselves the opportunity to shine.
