I always leave there feeling like a million bucks, its honestly my favorite part of the week. Ive been coming back for a while now and the instructors really know what theyre doing, they remember how my back usually acts up and adjust things for me... time just flies by when im in here. Nice place with enfirely good people, I never feel rushed or judged no matter how clumsy I get with some of the moves. Definately gonna keep going back.

I started here as a beginner and they took such good care of me- making sure I was doing things correctly so I wouldn’t get hurt. I love the classes I go to and the people are very friendly. It can be intimidating to go to a new exercise spot but here it was so easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to improve their physical well being.

I did private PT sessions with Wendy and she is amazing! I’ve done countless traditional PT in the past to address some complex issues and never had the results I achieved with Wendy. She is very astute and picked up on things I’ve been bringing to the attention of my doctors for years without a solution. I didn’t need to tell her what my issues are. She watched me stand and move and immediately spotted my issues and we worked on them. I feel so much stronger and am now a Pilates believer! Thanks Wendy!
