When searching for massage services, I was looking for help with lymph and fascia, rather than just traditional massage. I have found all of that and more with Ashton. She is extremely knowledgable and thorough and I always feel a million times better after I see her. I wish I could go weekly!
A first time visit for this guy was nothing less than amazing today. If you haven’t taken the opportunity to treat yourself or let these highly skilled professionals assist your recovery, you are missing out. Very relaxing and professional atmosphere. I like that I filled out a preference paper before seeing the masseuse. This makes it a more personal approach. I will return in the future.
From my initial call to Mindful Motion to get more information about potentially getting a massage done, I was very impressed. Thoughtful questions were asked at what I was looking for out of a session, my past experience with massage, and provided more insight on modalities I wasn’t familiar with.
