Rachel is an excellent massage therapist. My son tweaked his should and neck in wrestling and she fixed it with just one 60 minute session. She's always pleasant and cheerful.

I regularly get massages in the Columbus area and without a doubt, I have found a great masseuses in Rachel O. Since starting to go to her almost 18 months ago, I haven't been willing to go to anyone else for massages. Rachel is very thorough and checks in throughout the massage to make sure you're comfortable and that she's using the correct amount of pressure. Mindful Moments Massage is amazing the owner Rachel O is a fantastic masseuse. Her place is clean and professional. Her skill at sensing when to push and when to take it easy is amazing. I gave her a 5 star review because 6 stars were not available.

Mindful moments massage is definitely by far the best experience I have had . Very nice respectful staff. Would definitely give them a two thumbs up . Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very clean and professional. Definitely scheduling another visit on the to do list asap. 5 stars ......
