I would recommend Mindful Meridians PEMF and Float Centre to anyone and everyone!! I have done the float a few times and loved it, but I have recently been going regularly to do the 30 Minute Fire & Ice Sauna and Ice Bath sessions and have been loving it!! It’s such a nice routine to get into, and the results & benefits of doing it regularly are so worth it. If I could give this place more than five stars I would! The environment is peaceful. The owners are amazing, kind, compassionate, laid-back and knowledgeable!. Cleanliness is a 10 plus and the float tanks were spacious, Perfect temperature and very relaxing. Will definitely be adding this to my calendar on a regular. My wife goes here for PEMF and mentioned to Weldon that I had a frozen shoulder. He told her he loved working on shoulders and in 1 or 2 visits could have it fixed. Well i was skeptical of this type of optimism but went and had 2 treatments 1 week apart where he "worked" on my shoulder.
