Amazing Team of health minded individuals. So many awesome services offered. Cold tub, sauna, floats, manual therapy, movement classes. If you are someone interested in health this place is a one stop shop. Highly recommend. Bud
The best healing space in Cobourg. From their PEMF treatments, red light therapy, float tanks, Hot+Cold therapy, I’ve tried it all! I am always so impressed with their welcoming and friendly service. The owners are passionate and knowledgeable and have created space that really feels like home!
This is a great place!! I have been doing PEMF and body work with Jeremy Martin and it had been an amazing experience. I have had some shoulder and hip issues that I could no longer fix on my own.
