The moment I stepped in I felt comfortable and cared for, Weldon has definitely helped me with my issues and I look forward to experiencing more of what Mindful has to offer including the float bath and the sauna!
Lovely little place with friendly staff. Clean and relaxing and reasonably priced. My float was great! Will return soon!
After being in chronic pain for months and unable to walk around a supermarket, I walked around the Oshawa Centre with little pain today after discovering a miracle- mindful meridians on Willmott Street. I had a floatation session for an hour followed by red light and PEMF therapy- i still have pain but nothing like I've had, I was able to walk! I would recommend anyone with chronic pain to give it a go, it might be life changing.
