I had such an amazing experience! I’ve had deep tissue massages before, and while they were helpful, I always felt like I needed something a little more. I decided to try fascial massage with energy work and absolutely loved it. The whole experience felt so intentional, and they created such a comfortable and relaxing environment. The space itself is incredibly cozy and welcoming, and you can tell there is so much care put into what they do. They also offer so much more that I’m excited to explore, I absolutely recommend!!
Amazing Team of health minded individuals. So many awesome services offered. Cold tub, sauna, floats, manual therapy, movement classes. If you are someone interested in health this place is a one stop shop. Highly recommend. Bud
The best healing space in Cobourg. From their PEMF treatments, red light therapy, float tanks, Hot+Cold therapy, I’ve tried it all! I am always so impressed with their welcoming and friendly service. The owners are passionate and knowledgeable and have created space that really feels like home!
This is a great place!! I have been doing PEMF and body work with Jeremy Martin and it had been an amazing experience. I have had some shoulder and hip issues that I could no longer fix on my own. I decided to give this a try and am pleasantly surprised. Jeremy is attentive and kind. He works on areas that you are having issues with and listens to your concerns. During one of the most difficult times in my life, I used your float pod/room 3 days in a row and it gave me a chance to feel truly supported and deeply rested. It made all the difference in my capacity to take care of others in my life. Your amazing staff are genuinely warm and down to earth. Excellent clean fresh environment and products. 10/10.
