I would highly recommend Mindful Meridian. I had a recent fall down a few stairs and needed to be better to play volleyball in an upcoming tournament. Sherri worked on my knee and foot using a combination of PEMF and red light treatments. Sherri is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly offering me her experiences about treating injuries, having worked with many clients using PEMF and red light treatments. The team is super friendly, professional, and clearly knows what they're doing. From my first visit, I felt like I was in good hands.
