Anna has changed my relationship with my daughter and I. I am forever grateful❤
My daughter has worked with Anna for about 5 years. We love her so much that we have followed her when moved. Anna has been amazing to work with over the years. She has always been open and honest on things and been nothing but loving and caring and willing to do whatever she can to be of help. Angela also is one of the sweetest most caring therapists ive ever known. Shes very down to earth and will also do anything needed to assist a client. I recomend Mindful Health to everyone. Amazing group of women full of knowledge!
