I’ll preface by saying that I never received services by this business. I made an appt because I was in pain and needed a massage ASAP and this business had appts available sooner than others. On my appt day I got a message saying she was ill. I rescheduled for the next day. On that day she was also ill. Due to my schedule, I wasn’t able to make an appt until a month later. On that appt day I received a message saying she forgot about a doctors appt that she had and that she needed to reschedule me. I did not reschedule.

As MANY others have left reviews this business is ran HORRIBLE. I have had her cancel on me MULTIPLE times usually SAME DAY and with no warning or reason. But when I actually was sick she did not care and charged my card on file when I notified her I was sick with COVID (the day I found out) she is rude and doesn't care about her "clients" at all. She has also canceled on my husband more than once too. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Katrina was amazing and patient she knows her business. She has firm strong yet soft touch. She knows parts of the body and muscles. She was excellent. She alleviated so much. She made the whole situation very comfortable and very natural and I can’t wait to go back.

The best massage! Catrina was so awesome and made me feel super comfortable. She worked on problem areas and checked in along the way to see how I was feeling. Really great and relaxing experience.
