Talks over you. Doesn't listen. Is more worried about the property (worried about the bang of the toilet door) than the family attending the session. 4 children in the family visiting from an hour away, so yes the toilet was accessed.
Highly recommend. Our daughter does not open up to many people and seeing her so quickly become comfortable has been a huge weight off of our shoulders. Looking forward to her progress as she works through her sessions.

I've heard good things and I was keen for an appointment for my son. There's obviously no receptionist as it's proven to be IMPOSSIBLE to contact this place. I've been playing phone tag for weeks. Fair enough I've also missed calls but each and every time I've tried to call back, there's only a message bank. I've not once had someone answer the phone. I'll unfortunately give up now because I can see that it will be difficult even if I do finally get an appointment.
Very nice establishment and great workers. 10/10
