If I could do 0 stars I would! Did a class with her two years ago, and the DMV never received my certificate. Fought with her for over two months trying to get her to put the right things on the certificate, Wa requires her credentials on the certificate. They sent her multiple emails, I sent her multiple emails explaining what she needed to do and she would do a half @$$ job. Got my license back in May and told her immediately that she needed to fix the certificate in order for them to count it, had until July to do it and ... read more
Complete garbage. Asks for thousands down. Pits opposing parties against each other. The definition of psychopath. Takes money and never responds after. Does not communicate. Nowhere near professional. Needs her license revoked! ZERO stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
Absolute shady councilor. Made an appointment with her and she failed to mention the appointment was going to 250 dollars for a simple evaluation so I cancelled the appointment. Fast forward 2 and half months later, I get a 200 dollar charge to my PayPal account and after filling a dispute, it comes back that the owner somehow charged my PayPal account for services I never received. Steer clear of this place. If I could've gave a zero star rating I would have.
