The therapists are top notch and have helped me a lot. However, the internal staff with appointments are awful. I am often called to be on the call with my therapist WHILE ACTIVELY being in that therapy session. I am also told one thing on the phone, and then told another thing over email. It makes me want to reconsider going elsewhere because of the stress alone.
I've only really spoken to the social workers and the PAs but the office has made me feel so safe, accepted and wanted. I finally felt heard in my worries and everyone was extremely accommodating with my scheduling and my options for help.
I do hope that the doctors are genuinely helping people and I expect that they would because hopefully they care about the patients unfortunately my experience was terrible with my daughter we paid a certain amount of money they couldn't get the appointments together they couldn't figure it out I called nobody knew what was going On and when I told them no problem thank you anyway we'll go elsewhere because my daughter felt uncomfortable at that point they wouldn't even refund the money that wasn't used towards her care I ho... read more
I send in my paperwork, but no one contacted me. I called them several times, but no one returned my calls. Beware!
Everyone that I spoke to at the front desk and in administration was pleasant however I have no idea how the doctors are because, while they do advertise as being urgent care and providing same day appointments, the earliest appointment they could give me was 4 days after I called. Don't contact them expecting urgent care. They are not urgent care. Also, if you get past all the "same day urgent care" on their website you will find that appointments are actually given at the earliest time available (small print) which is not ... read more
