Maddy Walker‘s salt room is absolutely amazing. I’ve been swimming since 2016 and I’ve increased my laps to up to 44 in one hour. I have been stuck there for two years trying to get to 48 laps. I did the salt room on a Wednesday evening and Friday morning, I was completely taken aback. had not realized what the salt room would actually do. I ended up completing 49 laps in 60 minutes and 15 seconds. I am currently testing out all of her other tools.
Just hosted a 2026 planning meeting in the salt room. What a great place to being my team together with leadership and discuss the upcoming year. Wonderful setting. Maddie and Mike were absolutely amazing to work with!
Beautiful spa! I have had the Ballancer Pro lymphatic drainage treatments and they definitely work! Maddie is always most professional and welcoming.
From the moment I walked into Mindful Body & Wellness I felt so welcomed and cared for! Maddie has such a beautiful energy and every session with her has been incredibly healing!! She's so kind, patient, thoughtful, and wise. Her center is very well taken care of with gorgeous murals and flowers outside and plants/essential oil smells inside that immediately relax you!
