Your care is provided by Certified Professional Midwives licensed in the state of Wisconsin who are specifically trained for natural, low risk pregnancy and birth outside of the hospital. I used Amber as my midwife for my second child- it was my first homebirth. I had a wonderful experience with her, she is so kind and shares knowledge in such a gentle way that doesn’t make you feel dumb for asking a question. I highly recommend her if you are considering going with a midwife.
With my two previous births I used the hospital. first baby with a traditional OB, and the second with a nurse midwife. I knew with this third pregnancy I wanted to lean fully into the power of natural birth and experience all that it could be.
