I was sold bad bho and told no returns. There needs to be a system in place for this or else it's consumer fraud.
Unfortunately the newest budtending staff (except for 1 or 2) has no idea what the hell they are talking about. Cannot explain the strains nor their effects. Prices are high for sub-par flower. The concentrates are still pretty damn good...but there are a lot of companies now that are just as good or better.
The Berthod location is right down the road. Great bud at great prices with cute budtenders. Gotta love Colorado!
