Counselling in a very friendly atmosphere. This is great as my first counselling experience.
Katia has been a godsend! She has the perfect balance of compassion, guidance and pushback. She’s helped me make realizations and connections that just clicked and allowed me to move forward with more confidence and self compassion. EDMR with Wylie has been an eye opening experience! He is tentative to my emotions and helps me not just work through them but understand them. He is flexible to my availability and is always in a positive mood no matter the day. Overall a great experience and couldn’t recommend this place more!
