Sadly, I can't recommend this practice. The staff are generally friendly when you're enquiring with new business, the waiting time was very short to get a cognitive assessment for my child (could be why I am having problems now!) but the delivery of service is well below satisfactory. I took my son for a cognitive assessment on 22 September with Reeya, paid in full for the service, and waited for the 60-business-day turnaround of the assessment report on 15 December. Mark is a ledgend and works well with my son from the first session and that can be a task And even after a challenging session for me as a parent I see the difference in how he cope remembering and using strategies which is so amazing
Outstanding care. Couldn't speak more highly of the providers and the management here. They're fantastic and helped me on my road to recovery.
Great experience with Mark and his team. They were thorough and easy to talk to. A really professional clinic that is also warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
