One bad egg! I love this place typically. I love the doctors, nurses, and most the staff. Most all are fantastic but there’s one person that is the worst thing that could happen to this clinic and will continue ruining this clinic. Is the person named Millie that answers the phone upfront. She is the most rude, unprofessional, and unkind receptionist they could have answering a phone at a medical clinic. Love my doctor. Appointment availability ain't too bad.
Wife went to be established as a new patient with her doctor and to get a RX refill on a Thursday evening. Visit went very well according to her. Nurse stated that the RX was going to be refilled that day. It’s now Monday and my wife has called 4 times and her prescription has not been refilled. According to the receptionist, the RX is now going to be ready by Tuesday morning. Our family has never had an issue like this before until going to this clinic. Very frustrating.
I absolutely love the people at this office, the Dr's and nurses are amazing. 2 kids and myself were seen quickly and taken care of
