Wait times were reasonable. Staff was very professional and nice. The NP explained everything to me about my condition.
I find "Dr " Nell Thomas very unprofessional and rude. I moved back here to care for my aging parents. In doing so I've taken my parents in to see their family Dr, that being Nell Thomas. On a couple visits I've voiced concern, regarding their health, only for her response to be , well their old , so in her basic information received was it didn't matter I am not kidding. Best Doctor I've ever had and a stunning support team too.
I went last night at about 11 pm because I had a extremely sore throat and told them I thought I had strep the nurse did a swab but only swabed my cheak not my throat, then the doctor came in asked to see my throat and didn't even use a light and started laughing at me and said all u have is two small cankers which I knew wasn't true because my throat was all white at back. I knew it was something more so I went to the walk in clinic today and sure enough it's strep which can be very serious if left untreated. Totally unprof... read more
I am very happy with this doctor. She is great. I never have to wait very long and the service is the best. She is an awesome person. Very kind and knowledgeable.
