This is my second time being here to pick up my kneel brace, no one is there even to pick up my phone calls. I am hurting so badly on my kneels. This is a very horrible customer service for not picking up the phone

The employees are very nice and helpful. They took care of my needs quickly and I didn't have to wait at all. I was there yesterday 9/21/22 and as usual everybody was very helpful and took care of me quickly.
Good customer service, friendly people.
