Always an amazing experience with this vet office! The staff is both friendly and professional. My puppy was welcomed and cared for as if she was their own ! Great place to take your pet for any and all health needs.

I had an emergency vet requirement for my 8.5yr old highland lynx and I cannot say enough good things about Dr Jenn and the staff at the Minden Animal Hospital. From our anxious phone call, to my teary arrival, the assessment, plan of care, surgery and care following all of the staff were so thoughtful, respectful, professional and informative. So our dog past away. We had an emergency vet prescribe a medication that was helping. Minden decided not to refill it and just see what happens. What happened was he past away. After that my wife ordered ceramic paw prints and they screwed up the paper work. Now the dog has been cremated and minden didn't order them and we have no way to get them. This vet has been god awful. All we get is sorry. Well sorry doesn't cut it. Update. Now Nicole the manger is avoiding my calls and hangs up on me when I do get her on the phone. ... read more
