I ordered this for my dad. Nothing on the website states you can not add other apps to this phone which is sold as a smartphone. All smartphones have the ability to add apps, he uses lift to travel and needs that . I called the mindstore and left multiple messages with no response. I requested a full refund minus $20 for the original shipping, they only refunded me 276$ with no explanation. This is bad business since this phone was never even turned on. Incredibly disorganized internal staff structure. It’s as if the right arm doesn’t know that the left even exists, let alone what it’s doing. For an organization providing telehealth services—they are sorely lacking in connection and efficiency. The contracted providers are very solid, but unfortunately MindCare Solutions is not.
