Friendly staff, helpful, polite. Helpful and efficient specialists.
The reception service was extremely poor and honestly shocking for a medical practice. Tracey was rude, completely unhelpful, and showed zero compassion or care for the fact that I was in physical distress. There was a total lack of empathy regarding my situation and no regard for patients in pain. I expected much better care and basic courtesy
Had an emergency appointment with Dr Wong this morning. From entering the centre my experience was excellent, reception ladies so welcoming, and Dr Wong very professional explaining everything in detail while putting me at ease. The anxious morning has turned into a lovely day
Saw a different dentist to my usual one and was very impressed. I’d be happy to see Dr Wong again for any other dental needs.
